Who can submit a concert program ad? 

• ​Advertising is available for corporations, businesses, products and services, and individuals. We also offer the opportunity to place Spirit Ads where parents, family, and friends encourage and congratulate their musicians and musicians’ teachers as well as PYPO. 

​What are the demographics of the Program Book audience?

• PYPO membership encompasses the entire Pittsburgh region including Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair and as well as Beaver and Butler counties and as far away as Weirton, WV! Additionally, since PYPO’s practice home is Chartiers Valley Intermediate School, our members and their families and friends shop and grab a bite in the surrounding communities every weekend while their musicians practice.

What is the cost to submit a program ad? ​

• All prices can be found in the Program Ad Card here. ​

How many people would see the advertisement?​

• PYPO concerts generally draw over 1,000 people, including students, friends, family members, and community members. ​

What are the deadlines for submitting a program ad?

• The deadline to submit for Spring 2024 is Tuesday, March 5th at 5:00 pm. 

How does the payment work? 

• Payment is accepted via this link. There is a QR code in the Program Ad Card as well. ​

• Payment MUST be accepted by the submission deadline. If it is not, the ad will not be printed in the Spring 2024 Concert Program.
